The Growth Lab begins with a 12-week guided group experience for owners and leaders of small and medium businesses (2-250 employees). It is built for those who want to strengthen their business by improving the areas that most often hold growth back — not just strategy, but the real human and organizational issues that affect performance every day. Beyond the 12-weeks, on-going support is possible as long as slots are available and you are benefiting from the growth.
Course Curriculum
Billy Bennett
Billy is the founder of Pyramid ODI, an international organization development group. He is a recognized authority on the design and development of high-performance organizations, pioneering the use of large-scale “fast cycle” design techniques. Due to his deep international experience, he often asked to assist multinational and culturally diverse organizations thru significant change. As an author, Billy has authored many professional articles published in the Southeastern Academy of Marketing, the Best Cases in Teams by the University of North Texas Press, and The Proceedings of the International Conference on Work Teams. He was the editor of Team Leader Resource, a monthly magazine for team leaders. He and Pyramid have received several awards and recognitions from clients as valued suppliers of improvement services. His clients have included global companies like Johnson Controls, Danfoss, Berkshire Hathaway and important not for profits like LatinoJustice and Mission on the Move. A certified Birkman Consultant, Billy served on Birkman’s Consultant Advisory Committee.
